Website “Virtually” Crowded!Two years ago, the website of the Nashville Gun Club was little more than a cyber yellow page ad. Content was stagnant and few shooters visited the site. With the advent of the new name, Tennessee Clay Target Complex, and the many initiatives to improve the TCTC facilities, a decision was also made to upgrade the website. Website improvements include new graphics, use of modern web technologies, streaming video, a powerful server with plenty of bandwidth and new content, which is regularly updated. As a result, visits to the website have increased dramatically. In 2002, a busy month for the website was 200 hundred visitors per month. Now the website will have over 200 visitors per day! In April of 2004, the TCTC website had over 8000 visits (up from 6000 in March), 32000 page requests or hits, and an average visitor session of 6 minutes.
