TCTC will host the 47th annual extravaganza on June 3, 4 and 5

If skeet is your sport, mark your calendar and plan to attend the Volunteer Open. In its 47th year, this time-honored event is the oldest registered skeet competition in the state. A record number of participants are expected this year.

“The first Volunteer Open was held in 1958. It is a Tennessee tradition,” said event chairman, Sam Jennings. “The Volunteer provides great competition, as well as a chance to fellowship with long-time friends.”

Lunch will be available each day. The Tennessee Clay Target Complex will provide a social and barbeque dinner on Saturday.
