Monthly Registered ATA Trap Shoot for July 2005Congratulations and thank you to everyone who braved the extreme heat and humidity to support TCTC’s Trap Shoot. Wow, the thermometer soared into triple digits and so did the scores. Brian Bellamy broke the only 100/100 on Saturday to win the singles event. Then TCTC members Brian Bellamy, Ray Hutcheson, and Tennessee Alternate ATA delegate John Crosser and Kentucky shooter John Payne all broke 100/100 singles on Sunday. Ray had to leave early and missed the shoot-off. John Crosser decided to try his new “back-up” gun in the shoot-off. He missed one of 100 for a 99/100 making John the Class A Champion. John Payne broke the first 100/100 with his new shotgun, then he broke 149/150 to finish event runner-up and Class B Champion. That left Brian with 150/150 as the singles event Champion on Sunday.
